Summary:
In the paper a certain class of experimental designs assigned for comparisons of the treatment effects from two distinguish groups: test treatments and control treatments is considered. Statistical properties of some optimal incomplete block designs for treatment contrasts different than elementary contrasts of the type test treatment effect vs. control treatment effect are given.
