The problem of existing of the balanced bipartite weighing designs with the parameters v, b, r, k1 , k2 , λ1 , λ2 , under the condition λ1-λ1 = const is considered. On the basis of this relation we determine the existence of the optimum chemical balance weighing design. The list of the parameters of the balanced bipartite weighing designs for v≤25 is given.
