Summary:
A way of establishing diagnostic criteria of Alzheimer’s Dementia with the use of the Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy was presented in this paper. A logistic regression model was used to the evaluation of magnetic resonance spectroscopy results in diagnostics of Alzheimer’s dementia. Regression coefficients were verified by the Wald test. Sensitivity and specificity of the obtained model was calculated.
