Summary:
An information matrix connected with testing hypothesis about relative potency of two preparations is considered. The parameters included in the information matrix and inverse of the information matrix are derived where the doses of preparations are applied on nonhomogenous experimental units forming design with two directions of heterogeneity. For the illustration, both matrices have been calculated for the artificial data sets regarding different allocation of doses in experiment.
