Title:
Estimation of genetic effects on the basis of phenotype and marker genotype
Language:
Polish
Keywords:

Summary:
The paper presents an estimation of genetic parameters connected with effects of additive gene action [d] as well as nonallelic interaction of homozygous loci [i]. The parameters were calculated on the basic of barley doubled haploid lines obtained from the Maresi x Pomo cross. The estimation was based on minimal and maximal line groups according to quantile method and the “modified” Dunnett test. The hypotheses about lack of the effects of additive gene action and of the effects of interaction of homozygous loci were verified for two presented methods.
Finally as a result of the performed experiments the hypothesis about lack of the effects of additive gene action was rejected for all studied traits. On the opposite the hypothesis about lack of the effects of nonallelic interaction of homozygous loci was rejected not for all but two of the studied traits.
