Summary:
An usual statistical approach to inference based only on the random sample is called the classical approach. Bayesian approach is based on a different statistical philosophy. It allows the formal use of prior information, and thereby it offers a well-defined and straightforward way of analyzing any problem. This point of view is called bayesian approach, because it is based on the Bayes theorem, which combines prior information with the information contained in the sample, creating the posterior knowledge, that is a statement to make Bayesian inference. In this paper, the problem of comparing Bayesian inference with classical approach is presented.
