Summary:
The paper concerns the application of the multivariable regression with dummy variables. The estimators of parameters are obtained by the least square method. In order to get the unique solution of normal equation we used the reparametrization of the model by elimination one of the qualitative variable. There have been shown close relationship between regression and analysis of covariance. There are presented confidence bound for parameters. The numerical example is given.
