The paper studies the problem of construction a design matrix X of chemical balance weighing design under the restriction on the number how many times each object is to be weighted. The incidence matrices of two ternary balanced block design are used to construct the design matrix X of chemical balance weighing design in a situation when estimates of weights to be uncorrelated.
