Summary:
In the paper we focus on checking normality of multivariate data and transformation of the data to achieve multivariate normality. Our considerations are based on multivariate procedures presented in Srivastava (2002), which we adopt to observations described by the multivariate linear model corresponding to bioassay design. The main purpose of the paper is to accommodate of the known methods to checking normality of the multivariate data sets obtained in agricultural experimentation on nitrogen fertilizers.
