Summary:
In the paper the efficiency of different models applied to analysis of incomplete block data is assessed. The results of more than one hundred trials on wheat conducted in Poland for variety testing purposes are analyzed using classical analysis of variance fixed and mixed models and also the same models enlarged by introducing some spatial relationship detected after preliminary geo-statistical analysis of the same results. Spatial relationship was modeled using special form of covariance matrix.
