Summary:
A construction procedure of an augmented split-block-plot design with control subplot treatments is presented. In the modeling data the structure of an experimental material and a four-step randomization scheme are taken into account. With respect to the analysis of the obtained randomization model with six strata the approach typical to the multistratum experiments with orthogonal block structure is adapted. A numerical example is presented to illustrate the method of the construction and statistical properties of the final design.
