Summary:
The paper deals with a way of simultaneous comparison of test treatments and control treatments within both factors in an incomplete split-block design. In the method of the construction of the design as generating designs certain supplemented block designs with known statistical properties are taken into account. Some considerations useful in an analysis of the experiment are based on efficiency factors of the design. They are given in terms of eigenvalues of stratum information matrices for treatment combinations.
