Summary:
A semi-Kronecker matrix product is introduced in order to derive a construction procedure for incomplete split-block designs when balanced lattice square designs are used to both factors. The resulting designs have less number of blocks than the corresponding one obtained using the classic Kronecker product. An example is given.
