Summary:
The existence of some balanced row-column designs is discussed. Conditions for which these design do not exist are established. Existence of the designs for combinations of parameters within the range of: 3≤v,r,b1,b2≤100, where v is the number of treatments, r is the number of treatment replication, b2 is the number of rows, and b2 is the number of columns, is presented. Example is given, too.
