Summary:
The ISCN code is the code that describes the human chromosome structure. It contains e.g. information helpful for fixing the health status of a leukemia patient. The computer program presented here delivers a decoding program of the clinical important information contained in the ISCN code. The program is open for further developments of this code. The functionality of the program is demonstrated using a database of leukemia patients accumulated by the Gemeinschaftspraxis.
