Summary:
The main issue considered in this paper is regression with repeated observations under the assumption that the condition of equal variances for each observation is not fulfilled. In this case the use of growth curve method for homogeneous group of experimental units under the assumption about diagonal dispersion matrices is proposed. On the basis of experimental data the effects of the usage of this method were compared with the results acquired by the use of data transformation proposed by Walkowiak (2000).
