Summary:
In this paper there is shown a method of construction of incomplete split-block designs for two factor experiments in which certain supplemented block designs known from the literature can be used. There are proposed three different cases of the design construction in which only one of the factors is connected with the design incompleteness. Some considerations useful in an analysis of the experiment based on efficiency factors of the design can be given in terms of eigenvalues of stratum information matrices for treatment combinations.
